How to upgrade SQL database for Essbase 21.7.1 with EPM 11.2.21?

We are going to update MS SQL Server from 2016 to 2019 and move to a different database server. I have this document for EPM, Doc ID 2856354.1, but I do not think it includes all I need to know for Essbase.

I think I have to go here, E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\essbase_domain\config\fmwconfig, and update the jps-config-jse.xml, jps-config.xml, with the database host name, and go to E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\essbase_domain\config\jdbc and update the jdbc xml files with the database host name.

Is there a step-by-step document on how to update Essbase for the new database server?
