Custom schema in OEM

My question is this, for OEM 13c, what are the actual restrictions for setting up additional database schema in the OEM database (with purpose of being totally unrelated in any way with the functionslity of OEM itself).

I get the names should be other than any of the ones reserved for OEM, but what else ?

Also, can I add a PDB into the current multitenant OEM database (which has just one PDB) ?
