CRM Activity Email issue
Hi All,
We are in the process of upgrading from 8.11 to 9.2 and currently doing UAT. we are not getting emails when users doing CRM activities similar to 8.11.
I checked we have mailbox setup with user email addresses but Upgrade team is saying their must be some configuration missing with workflows.
Is this something new and really appreciate if someone can guide me on this.
