On E920 fat client (Tools Release 9.2.4.3) all fonts in JDE Solution Explorer appear x2 normal size

Shown below is the splash screen from the JD Edwards Solution Explorer with all of the fonts appearing twice their normal size. Ssuch that that Static Text box highlighted is partially obscured. How do I fix this ?
