Unable to load time to Rapid session through Excel to CI utility

in Payroll for NA / Time and Labor - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Our customer is using Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 with PT 8.60.

I am trying to implement the Excel to CI functionality to load time to Rapid session.

I am getting the below error when I try to load the simple data even though there is template id exist in the input excel file. Please share your thoughts on this.
