Unable to see Navigation Controls like Next Record Set/PreviousRecordSet in List Applet for a user

Hi,

Unable to see navigation controls like Next Record Set/PreviousRecordSet in IP25.1 in a particular user's machine in both Chrome & Edge Browser for Siebel List Applets. This is happening only for a single user.

Verified if Java Script is enabled and javascript is enabled in the browser,tried re-creating a new spf file. But still unable to see the naviagtion controls.

What could be the probable issue? Could this be some browser settings issue?
