CVE-2025-61882 Mitigation ,Patch 38501757: XDO DIAGNOSTIC PATCH is mandatory for XML publisher

we are not using BI Publisher or Oracle Analytics Publisher , but we use XML publisher still is it required to apply 38501757: XDO DIAGNOSTIC PATCH in EBS 12.2.10 environment .
