Oracle APEX on Cloud (Always Free) - Stopped Working (INVALID OBJECTS) - HTTP Status Code: 555

Dear community,

I am experiencing a really frustrating situation, where the Oracle APEX on OCI stopped working and it seems that all work is lost, since I cannot access the Oracle APEX page. The Oracle APEX Workspace login page does not work and fails with the HTTP Status Code: 555 error (see below). Sometimes also fails with Status Code: 500. It seems that something invalidated all the packages under the APEX_240200 schema. Possibly a patching.
Recompiling any of these schema objects fails as ADMIN does not have the privileges to do it.

Any help is really much appreciated, as there are months of work in these Workspaces.
