Doc ID 3106344.1 instructions state using apply_mode=hotpatch

Stop and restart EBS and then apply third patch

README for patches 38501230 and 38501757 state : Apply patch in hotpatch mode [required]

Is apply mode for this CVE restricted to use hotpatch mode?

We are planning an adop patching cycle this week.

Are these patches NOT allowed with other EBS patches?
