Question on Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave

As per the September vertex, there is PFML tax for Minnesota effective 1/1/2026. We applied the September vertex and ran payroll for a MN employee for Jan 2026, but the taxes did not come off. Does this require changes in Oracle through some Oracle patch?

State Tax Changes - Minnesota
• Added Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) with an employee default
tax rate of .44% and employer default tax rate of .44%, effective 1-1-26.
