PeopleSoft 9.2 Generate Benefit Notifications

We have applied the patches from PUM 51 to explore this functionality.

Looking at the Generating Notifications for Benefits Events instructions, have granted myself both the Benefits Administrator and Benefits Administrator FL WC roles.

Navigating to:
Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Participant Enrollment > Generate Benefit Notifications

Get a message that I am not authorized for that component. I did grant myself access to the BN_NOTIF_RNCTL Component on the ADMINISTER_AUTOMATED_BENEFITS menu. Portal Sync was run.

I also tried turning on (but have not configured anything) the installation table setting referenced here:
Enable Notification Composer to receive notifications through Notification Composer framework. To enable, navigate to
