Base Currency Conversion (9.2)

JDE 9.2. Need to change the company's Domestic currency. From USD to EUR. I used the documentation "Base Currency Conversion Implementation Guide 9.2". When converting F42119 it works correctly and the report uses Data Selection (I limited it by Transaction Data). However, when converting live orders F4211 with report R894211E it works incorrectly. Order Foreign currency EUR, company currency USD. After converting to company currency EUR: Foreign Price is rewritten to Price (Domestic) using the exchange rate, which is incorrect.
