How to find the shrink-worthable segments? Oracle Database 19.28

Dear Community,

i want to know which segments and LOB-Segements are the worth to shrink? I mean can i ask a segment how much it is "unformated"?
I found some queries which give me the current and alocated space. But this isnt telling me should i shrink or not?!?!

If theres no directly solution or queries what could be an indicator for the shrink-worthness?
