Upgrading from 13.5 to 24ai on new server

Hi

I have an EM 13.5 on one server, simple setup with one oms an db on the same server. I also have installed 24ai in the same manner on a new server, and want to export or in some other possible way transfer everything from the old server to the new. I found a doc describing moving a 13.5 from one server to another using "emctl exportconfig" and "omsca restore" and other stuff, but with same version of source and target. Restoring from the backup file of a 13.5 to 24ai fails with "OMS Version does not match that
