Colombia Bank Account Creation Issue

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

While we are configuring the new bank account under the country Colombia we are getting error as "The modulus check validation for Taxpayer ID has failed. Please enter a correct value for the Taxpayer ID" in EBS 12.2.11 version

Could you please help me with any reference documents / any ideas.
