Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

New user unable to see content on articles

We are trying to onboard a new user on the Oracle Communities but not having success. She can perform searches in the old support.oracle.com pages. When redirected to the Oracle Communities pages, she presses a button for login, but the article never displays with an error stating insufficient permissions. We have not found a way to grant this user access to articles in the Oracle Communities pages. From the support.oracle.com pages I see the user is not pending approval and is correctly associated with our SIDs. The reference to see the community main page yields no result as it does
