Mandatory fields in Quality plan don't show the asterisk anymore, how to make them visible again?

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

In the Oracle Maintenance for EBS version 10.2.2 (for Enterprise Asset Management on 12.2.8) the red asterisk is not visible anymore for the mandatory elements in the Quality plan.

It is for all users using the mobile app. On the self service pages the asterisk is still there.
