oAT Create Assets Program Does not process transactions

There are thousands of transactions in PENDING status, and when running the ‘Create Assets: Interface Inventory Transactions to Oracle Assets’ program, it does not collect the transactions and their status is not COMPLETE but PENDING. The output of the executions does not show any errors for the transactions.

We are certain that the last error recorded, “Unable to derive accounts from sub ledger accounting for the material transaction (XXXXXX). Please ensure that the create accounting program is successful,” is not the reason for the problem, as the accounting was successfully executed in the past.

The ‘Create Assets: Interface Inventory Transactions to Oracle Assets’ program does not collect the transactions to complete them.
