Clarification on Withdrawn Courses Visibility in View Transcript

We have encountered a requirement in the Learning module where we observed that only the completed courses are visible when checked through the View Transcript option, while withdrawn courses are not displayed.

At this stage, we are unsure whether this behavior is due to a missing configuration or if it is the standard, expected functionality of Oracle Learning.
