SAP on Oracle 19c — Multiple SIDs Mapped to Same OS Process

Dear Community Members,

Problem Summary:

One OS ID (SPID) is mapped to two SID's. This pattern seen for number of SPID but consistently 1 SPID mapped used by 2 SIDs in dataabse.  
 
For example:- one OS ID# 527636 is tied to two Oracle sessions (SID 167 & 175) with distinguished PROGRAM, MODULE and MACHINE from v$SESSION. 

 

I have been exploring oracle docs and blog but no good explanation so ra. So, any help in explaining this behaviour would be much appreciated.  
 
  
  
Oracle DB single instance (non-ASM) Linux VM in Azure:

RAM allocated – 31 GB  
SWAP allocated – 63 GB  
SGA – 9GB  
PGA target – 5.5GB  
PGA limit – 11GB
