8.2.3.2 To 8.4.4 Upgrade Issue Performance Issue During Execution of public_2_private.sql:30

The changelogs/common/public_2_private.sql::30::safety-upgrade is running for more than 18 hours and still not completed. The doc id Doc ID 3085067.1 suggests to disable the trigger GGS_DDL_TRIGGER_BEFORE. Can we disable the trigger when the process is still running?
