What is the table that stores Taxpayer ID under Supplier > Address > Transaction Tax?

could someone please help identify the table that stores the Taxpayer ID for a supplier (under Supplier > Address > Transaction Tax)? Also, how can this be joined with PO tables to retrieve the Taxpayer ID for a given PO number?
