autoupgrade : ORA-04063: type body "SYS.JOB_DEFINITION" running noncdb_to_pdb.sql

Hi all,

autoupgrade from 11g to 19c on solaris 11.4 is successful. however failed at ORA-04063: type body "SYS.JOB_DEFINITION" running noncdb_to_pdb.sql.

There is no error in the 11g database and SYS.JOB_DEFINITION exists.

Have anyone encounter this error before.
