Why after run FNDCPASS i get Error in password verification for APPS

Hello,


I run FNDCPASS apps/old_pwd 0 Y system/pwd SYSTEM APPLSYS new_pwd
in the lo
g file mentioned it's successfully done

Then I run :
FNDCPASS apps/new_pwd 0 Y system/pwd ALLORACLE new_pwd


When I verify the log, it indicates an error:
Working...
Error in password verification for APPS

I verified the connection with the database; I can connect with the new password of the apps.
