Clinical Trip Report generate report is blank page

Hi, Dear Supporter

We have one issue on Clinical Trip Report PDF report. After trip report is approved, we have two ways to generate trip report.

One is manual request BIP report generation by "Reports - Run Report - Submit Request", the report can be generated sucessfully in this way.

The other is click "Generate Report" button on trip report page. we find some trip report was generated by blank page. But not all trip report were blank page in this way.

Any suggestion?
