We require assistance with enhancing an existing email notification workflow process in Siebel CRM related to the Lead business component.
Current Configuration
We currently have a workflow process configured that successfully sends an email notification to the Lead Assignee.
- This is achieved using a workflow step that calls the CreateRequest method of the 'Outbound Communications Manager' Business Service.
- The recipient email address for the Lead Assignee is determined by a custom field called Assignee Id which contains a User Id on the Lead Business Component (BC). Based on this field we fetch the user email address on another field which is configured as the value for the
