Why doesn't Unifier support locally deployed 3D file preview and AI information aggregation?

Why doesn't Unifier support local deployment for 3D file preview and AI features? These two capabilities shouldn't require special cloud services, right?

Regarding AI functionality, users also have their own privately deployed models—so why isn't there an option to connect to locally hosted models?
