OM Schedule Ship Date not updating after WIP Job Completion Date changes (ATP data not refreshed)

Hello,

• I have a sales order line for an item that needs to be manufactured (Make-to-Order)
• The item has an ATP rule assigned and valid transit times are maintained
• When I create the order, the system calculated e.g.:
  • Request Date: October 22
  • Schedule Ship Date: October 17
  • Schedule Arrival Date: October 22
• Later, the related WIP Job (linked to the sales order line) was updated — the completion date changed to October 20.

However, even after:

• running “Schedule Order Lines” concurrent request,
• manually re-scheduling the line from the sales order form,
• and confirming that the ATP rule is assigned to the item,

…the Schedule Ship Date in Order Management still does not update based on the new completion date from WIP.
