Preventing OTL Timecard Submission for Vacation with Project Selection

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I would like to inquire about how to prevent employees from submitting an OTL timecard record for vacation while selecting a project. Since vacation time should not be included in project cost calculations, I am seeking guidance on how to effectively implement this restriction.
