Electronic Receipt requirement for Italy

Hi Team, Can you please confirm whether electronic receipt functionality is mandatory for Italy or not? Because I can see this feature in available in V25 Country accelerator guide but it is not present in V19 country accelerator guide. Can you please check and confirm?

We are currently working on V19.0.5 version.
