Load to dock similar feature where i can validate the LPNs under delivery

IN ORACLE EBS R12 we have STORAGE sub inventory for consolidation. when we moved the material(all lpns) to that sub inventory then we creates the delivery and then do load to dock all the line LPNs. in this process we are not validating the LPNs with delivery. in 'load to drop' we can load any LPNs. I WANT oracle ebs telnet process so i can scan the delivery first then scan LPNs under that delivery.
