Magnetic Media error for 2023 State Tax in EBS 12.2

Currently we are on Oracle EBS 12.2. We ran W-2 Magnetic Tape and got this error "Data A_W2_MEDICAID_WAIVER_PAYMENTS_PER_GRE_YTD not found". This a balance we have never used and seems to be new in 2024.

Any insight into what is this error and how to fix it? Thank you
