Facing issue in custom AME rule , 4th level approver not getting notification

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

In AME_APPROVAL_HISTORY it is showing notified but in WF_NOTIFICATION there is no entry for notification.

after 3rd level it is getting approved automatically not going to next level
