ECC V13 - Does anyone have a solution to prevent "Could not get the job status retry" ECCRUNDL?

Since we upgraded from ECC v8 to ECC version 13, we've been regularly encountering the error message below when running an incremental load for po_ppcc data.

Error message:"

Could not get the job status retry(1) :connect timed out Warning: Could not get the job status retry(2) :connect timed out Warning: Could not get the job status retry(3) :connect timed outoracle.ecc.client.util.EccClientHttpRequest process(250)oracle.ecc.client.util.EccClientHttpRequest.process(EccClientHttpRequest.java:250)

application:

Application Short Name -> po_ppcc     Load Type -> INCREMENTAL_LOAD

Oracle EBS version: 12.2.8 (database 19)

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and what could be a solution? (or a performance issue due to low memory or disk space?)
