Absence hrs shows in timesheet but not in the TL_RPTD_Time Record

We are currently using Time & Labor, Global Payroll & Absence Management, and North America Payroll in our college system.

Employees submit leave requests through the Manage Absence tile, and the absence hours are displayed on their timesheets. These requests are processed, and the absence hours are pushed to Payable Time using the GP_ABS_NANRUN process.

However, absence requests submitted via the Manage Absence tile or the Absence Event pages are not appearing in the TL_RPTD_TIME table. Could you help us understand why the absence hours are not showing up in TL_RPTD_TIME?
