OJVM Rolling Procedure for Oracle RAC 19c

in Exadata General (MOSC) Question

HI,

I have question regard rolling patch OJVM installed in the Oracle RAC database running on Exadata Machine
primary : Oracle 19c rac database running on Exadata and standby : Oracle 19c RAC database running on Exadata
whenever I engage Oracle Platinum patching database, which have OJVM install in the database, which is running on Exadata machine, I wonder why do they recommended having 1 h of downtime. It is the big challenge for core banking database which running oracle RAC and required downtime
based on Doc ID 2217053.1, it is possible to rolling patching for the OJVM patch.

"Oracle 18c onwards OJVM PSU is RAC Rolling Installable . - This patch from 18.4 onwards is now Oracle RAC Rolling installable"
