How to know when this Material reservations block in added to Material Tab in WIP Parameters form?

Hello Team,

Recently Material reservations block is added in Material Tab in WIP Parameters form.
How to know when these fields got added?

what is the setup is causing added this Material reservations block with automatic reservation options in material tab in WIP parameters setup form in oracle apps R12 (Version 12.2.9)?

Kindly help me with a solution.
