How to only select one option or the other for plan in BSS

We are preparing for open enrollment and have created a new FSA Plan. We need to figure out a way to configure it so that an employee may only select one option in BSS not both. Currently we have this functionality set up for other FSA plans so just not sure what we are missing in the configuration of the new plan.
