SD/OD - Cost based on Actual Ship Date

For an SD/OD, is there any standard way to update the cost fields (F4311.PRRC, F4211.UNCS) based on Actual Ship Date instead of Order Date ? The cost will be taken from Supplier Catalog.
The report R42950 (Sales Order Batch Price/Cost Update) has a processing option to update price based on Actual Ship Date. But it has no option to update cost based on Actual Ship Date.
