P3009 & P4826 are setup to update ledger of WO, WO Part list & routing.

F48019 , F31119, F31129 are updated when WO is processed thru R31410

After that,

When inventory is issued thru P31113 , F31119 is not updated for Qty issued,

When Hrs are entered thru P31123, F31129 is not updated for Qty & hrs reported.

Which step is missing ?
