Plan type 28 Spouse Life/AD&D EOI issue for Flat Amount for Open Enrollment

i don’t see a way to lock down the election changes under 50,000 , meaning that if the employee has 40,000 they can move to anything above that up to 50,000. I do have waives locked down, if they didn’t have the plan, they can’t take it without triggering EOI.

we dont have Plan Level setup for Spouse Life insurance so when an employee selects anything below 50K coverage its not Requiring Evidence of Insurability (EOI).
