Demonstration of Fluid Timesheet Functionality

Good morning. I have been asked to present delivered PeopleSoft Time and Labor Self-Service functionality, i.e. Fluid timesheet. I have a short time to prepare for this presentation (to be held Tuesday October 28th). Leadership is considering purchasing and integrating a third-party solution and before making decisions are made they have agreed to evaluate the functionality we already have in PeopleSoft time and labor. We are currently using the classic timesheet for both punch and elapsed time, and we are also using absence management.

I would appreciate any information the community can provide that can assist me with limited setup, configuration and demo materials; the bare minimum to give a high-level overview of both the employee self-service and manager self-service features (landing pages, time entry, view time, etc.). If someone has done something similar using a vanilla/demo environment, has used default user data in a demo environment or has some setup information to perform this task in one of our non-production databases would be great.
