Non 'USD' currency code not displaying annual amounts on Payrate section on Job Data Compensation

We are on Payroll for North America 9.2 Image 51 with Tax Update 25-B applied.

We do hire foreign employees however we do not pay them.

On the Job Data Compensation page the only thing that is displayed in the PayRates section is the currency code.

The headings for the Annual Amounts, etc are not displayed as well.

What is required for this information to display for non 'USD' currency code?

The fields are populated on the Job/Compensation table.

Any help would be appreciated.
