IDR patch: idr4694 to the current SRU: SRU84 (11.4-11.4.84.0.1.201.1)?

System Configuration: Oracle Corporation sun4v SPARC S7-2L

Hi Team, I have a question to IDR patch: idr4694:
Currently, SRU: SRU29 (11.4-11.4.29.0.1.82.3) is installed on the system. In addition, the IDR patch idr4694 is also installed. I wanted to patch the system to SRU84. So my question is whether I need to delete the IDR patch before patching (/usr/bin/pkg uninstall -r idr4694), then patch the system, but afterwards I don't need to reinstall the IDR patch?
