How to assign mass items to Sub-Inventory.

If we have Mass number of items(thousands) , and several Sub-Inventories , how to restrict bulk of items to specific Sub-Inventory, and restrict another bulk to different Sub-Inventory.

This is done by one by one from master item form, but here we have thousnads of items, so i was asking for a way to upload these mass items.
