Drop ship Order is not progressing WF status showing as deffered

in Order Management - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We have issue in Drop ship order for specific Sales person where Order line is not progressing.WF status is showing 'Purchase Release - Deferred'. Checked sales person setup showing fine and only for on sales person we are having issue. Is there any access required or some thing else causing the issue.
