Can the certificate Globalsign code signing root R45/E45 be used to signing jar files?

Oracle Weblogic: 12.2.1.4.0

Oracle forms: Version 12.2.1.19.0

We have the following certificates from Globalsign

Globalsign code signing root R45

Globalsign code signing root E45

Intermediate certificate

Server certificate

I also have the certificate private key.

Can the above be used to sig jar files (e.g. jacob.jar) for Oracle Forms 12c application?
