iReceivables Dispute Reason LOV not opening

Hi everyone,
In Oracle EBS test instance, external/internal users in iReceivables are unable to raise disputes.
When clicking the Dispute button on an invoice, the Dispute Reason LOV (List of Values) does not open or display any values. The page just stays idle without any popup or values.
Thanks in advance for any pointers.
