how to access deployed ear file, deployed via weblogic admin console of version 14?

Hi!

I'm new in weblogic version 14's admin console. I have not found any documentation about how to deploy my ear file just like in weblogic version of 12. I have done the same steps, but I can't find the right url for my app. If I see the console, I find strange 'Context Root URL', 'Context Root' , all I have known how to deploy application seems to be changed.

Please, advice!
