iReceivbales user unable to do "Print Preview" or "Printable Page"

Hello friends, can anyone pls guide me on this-

Users are unable to open the Print Preview or Printable Page for invoices. When clicking on these buttons, the system shows the error message "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance".
